Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a course or a mastermind?

Neither in the traditional sense. The 360 Acceleration Lab is a guided implementation cohort. You'll have structured content and software, but the emphasis is on applying each strategy directly to your business through live working sessions, implementation tools, coaching, and accountability.

Is this the same as Startup Foundation?

No. Startup Foundation is StraDGy 360's private 1:1 coaching program. The 360 Acceleration Lab is a 12-week small-group program where the entire cohort works through all 12 strategies in sequence.

Do I need to already have a business?

You should have an operating business, a validated product or service, existing customers, or clear professional expertise that you are ready to turn into a business.

The Lab is not designed for someone who only has a vague idea and has not yet decided what they want to build.

Does every business work on the same strategy every week?

Yes. The cohort progresses through the same 12 strategies together. However, your decisions, numbers, priorities, offers, pricing, customer strategy, lead sources, and implementation plan are specific to your business.

How much time should I expect each week?

Plan for the 90-minute Monday Strategy Session, the 60-minute Wednesday Accelerator Lab, and approximately two to three hours of implementation work during the week.

Do I need to attend live?

Live participation is strongly recommended. Monday is where you learn the week's strategy, and Wednesday is where we apply it directly to your business with the Accelerator cohort. Recordings will be available when an unavoidable conflict occurs.

What software do I receive?

You'll receive access to the StraDGy 360 Business Operating System used throughout the Lab. It includes your assessment, strategy modules, implementation tools, action steps, resources, metrics, and progress tracking.
