Dive WITHIN Mastermind

This retreat is designed for entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners who want to step away from daily noise and reconnect with clarity, purpose, and flow. You don’t need diving experience — just an open mind and a willingness to slow down and reset. 

No certification is required. Our first dive is a Discover Scuba session, led by Captain Steve, a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed Master Captain and certified dive instructor. You’ll start in the pool to get comfortable with the equipment and breathing techniques, then progress to an open-water experience based on your comfort level (up to 20 feet).

A Discover Scuba Dive is the perfect first step if you decide to get certified later. It allows you to safely experience the underwater world under professional supervision, without the pressure of completing a full certification course.

The Dive Within Mastermind takes place in Key Largo, Florida, in partnership with the Marriott Playa Largo Resort & Spa, an Autograph Collection property overlooking Florida Bay. Workshop sessions and mastermind discussions will be held onsite, and all diving and excursions depart from the hotel operated by Let It Ride Charters.

Rooms and flights are not included, but we’ve reserved a limited block of discounted rooms exclusively for attendees. Once your spot is confirmed, you’ll receive a private booking link to secure your preferred accommodations at the group rate.

Yes. All participants are required to complete a standard medical questionnaire and liability waiver before participating in the Discover Scuba session. These forms are part of PADI’s safety standards and are designed to ensure you’re medically fit to dive. 

If you answer “yes” to any medical questions, a doctor’s clearance will be required before entering the water. You’ll receive both forms after registration and can complete them digitally before the retreat. Even if you’ve never been diving before, this simple process ensures your safety and comfort throughout the experience.
