MEET OUR FOUNDER

My journey is rooted in resilience, grit, and the unwavering belief that anything is possible with hard work. Growing up, I watched my father work tirelessly to build a life for our family, teaching me the importance of perseverance and determination. At 16, I started working full-time to support myself through undergraduate and graduate school, balancing long work hours with late nights of studying. Those early years taught me invaluable lessons on embracing challenges and building something from the ground up—lessons that continue to shape my approach to everything I do today.


For over 20 years, I've built my career in Fintech SaaS and Revenue operations holding Executive roles at prestigious organizations, including Fiserv, General Motors, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Thomson Reuters. A few highlights include growing ARR at Thomson Reuters from $2M to $150M and ringing the bell at the NYSE for the launch of four ETFs. 


Along the way, I’ve been part of acquisition teams and played an integral role in business exits. But despite these milestones, I felt a strong desire to make a more direct impact by helping others achieve the same success. That’s when I took the leap and founded StraDGy Consulting.  


Helping 100+ businesses

In 2017, I launched StraDGy Consulting, and later, StraDGy 360—an all-in-one platform designed to help small and mid-sized businesses unlock their potential and increase profitability with key adjustments in their business. Through my experiences, I’ve seen countless businesses struggle to scale due to a lack of strategic insight, operational inefficiencies, and outdated tools. I created StraDGy 360 because I firmly believe that all businesses, regardless of size, should have access to the strategies and insights that drive sustainable growth and profitability.


By offering tailored go-to-market strategies, revenue operations expertise, and business automation, I help companies optimize performance, break through limitations, and achieve scalable success. With the right foundation in place, businesses can thrive—and I’m here to ensure they do. 




Balancing Business and Passion

In addition to StraDGy Consulting, I’ve also pursued another lifelong passion—by co-launching Let It Ride Charters with my husband in the Florida Keys. Combining my business acumen with my love for fishing, diving, and snorkeling, we’ve built a charter company that runs seamlessly on automation.  With just a few hours of work each month, I’ve designed a business that allows me to support Let It Ride while focusing on helping other businesses scale. The experience of launching and growing both StraDGy and Let It Ride Charters at the same time is a testament to my belief in building something bigger than yourself. I know firsthand the effort, the tough decisions, and the determination it takes to bring a business to life.

As a coach, I immerse myself in each business I work with, treating it as if it were my own. I care deeply about the outcomes because I understand the blood, sweat, and tears it takes to make a vision a reality. Success, to me, isn’t about where you start—it’s about the journey, the people you meet along the way, and the impact you make.
