MEET OUR FOUNDER
My story is one of resilience, grit, and the belief that anything is possible with hard work. I grew up watching my father work tirelessly to build a life for our family, teaching me the values of perseverance and determination. At 16, I started working full-time to put myself through undergraduate and graduate school, often juggling long hours at work with late nights of studying. Those early years taught me to embrace challenges and build something from the ground up—lessons I carry with me every day.
For over 20 years, I built my career in SaaS and Revenue Operations, scaling businesses, transforming processes, and leading game-changing initiatives. I have worked in large corporate roles in organizations like Fiserv, General Motors, Brown Brothers Harriman and Thomson Reuters. Accomplishments include growing ARR at Thomson Reuters from $2M to $150M to ringing the bell at the NYSE for the launch of four ETFs. I have been part of acquisition and exit teams and through these experiences, I learned the ins and outs of what it takes to drive success. But I always felt a pull to do more—to help others do the same.
In 2017, I took the leap and launched StraDGy Consulting, a platform designed to help small and mid-sized businesses achieve big results. I’ve always believed that businesses of any size should have access to the kind of strategies and insights that drive growth. StraDGy Consulting brings my expertise in go-to-market strategies, revenue operations, and business automation to the businesses that need it most, helping them scale sustainably and efficiently.
At the same time, I pursued another lifelong passion with my husband and launched Let It Ride Charters in the Florida Keys. Combining my love of fishing, diving, and the ocean with my business acumen, we built a charter company that offers fishing, snorkeling, and diving excursions—all while running on automation. With just a few hours of work each month, I’ve designed a business that runs seamlessly, allowing my husband to run charters while I focus on helping businesses scale.
Launching these two businesses at the same time was no small feat, but it’s a testament to my belief in building something bigger than yourself. As a consultant, I know firsthand what it takes to bring a company to life—the long hours, the tough decisions, and the unwavering determination to see it succeed. I don’t just advise businesses; I immerse myself in them, treating every business as if it were my own. I care deeply about the outcomes because I know the blood, sweat, and tears that go into making a vision a reality.
Success, to me, isn’t about where you start—it’s about the journey, the people you meet along the way, and the impact you make. It’s about creating something meaningful, leaving a legacy of growth, and proving that with hard work and heart, anything is possible.
